Tasting notes
At more than 1300 m.a.s.l., altitude plays a very important role in our Chardonnay´s soil profile. Relatively young, this calcareous soil significantly modifies the plant’s composition by eliminating magnesium, leaving a weaker, smaller plant. Even though it produces fewer grapes and its leaves have less exposure to the sun, this Chardonnay is full of energy and gives way to fresh wines with great acidity and marked minerality. Light, intriguing and energetic, a Chardonnay with a unique profile.
