Rocky sandy soil where plant roots can dig deep. The plant is much larger below the top surface. This desirable soil and warm climate allows to achieve a very expressive Cabernet Sauvignon. Very soft wine with a slightly sweet touch. Long finish that seems to never leave the palate.
Excellent with red meats, lamb, goat and stews.
