Introducing Trapiche’s new wines, both sourced from Uco Valley: Trapiche Pure & Trapiche Impure. Harvested during the same vintage, Trapiche Pure has aged for 10 months in concrete vats, while Trapiche Impure has done so for 10 months in French and American oak barrels. Two wines that have aged side by side. Two different methods that make these wines a perfect balance of opposites.
